(NewsDakota.com) – North Star defensive player of the year Jarelle Miller picked up another honor when the AFCA-NAIA all-american teams were announced Tuesday.

Miller, a junior, lead the Jimmies in tackles with 82. His 49 solo tackles would have been good enough for 4th on the team if you don’t include assists. Miller also added 10 tackles for a loss along with 5.5 sacks.

Jamestown finished with a 5-5 record and will get Miller back in 2015 for his senior year.
