N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is warning residents regarding a convicted sex offender who has changed addresses within the city.

39 year- old Kevin Jerome Perisien has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee. He was convicted in October 1994 when he had intercourse with a runaway 14 year-old girl. He was convicted again in November 1994 for an offense he committed in 1990 when he forced sexual intercourse with a seven year-old boy.

He is currently serving probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation. He is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety. Should this photo be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender, you will be turned over for prosecution.
