CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A rural Spiritwood man, 37 year-old Austin Edward Henne was arrested on a Federal warrant this week. Henne was arrested for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Barnes County Sheriff Randy McClaflin says additional charges are pending against Henne. No other details have been released. The case remains under investigation with the Barnes County Sheriff’s Office.
