N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A Hatton, North Dakota woman has pleaded not guilty to negligent homicide in the May traffic death of an Ada, Minnesota woman near Hillsboro.  

20 year-old Abby Sletten is accused of texting and looking at facebook photos when she ran into a car in which Phyllis Gordon was a passenger. 

The car that Sletten hit was slowing to cross the median on I-29.  A state patrol reconstruction of the crash scene indicated that Sletten was going about 85 miles-an-hour.
