N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A leading developer of business management software for affordable housing agencies has awarded Stutsman County Housing Authority and Ramsey County Housing Authority the 2014 Pioneers of the Year Award.

The Pioneer award is given annually to Emphasys clients who demonstrate new ways to leverage products to benefit their communities and who successfully break new ground with the use of Emphasys software and services. Both SCHA and RCHA began collaborating with software solutions in 2011 when they both implemented Emphasys software.

“We are so thankful for their product, service, and technical support. Our partnership now expands into using their accounting services to help us,” stated SCHA Executive Director David Klein. “This is the second time in three years Emphasys has recognized our group for our collaborative efforts.”
