N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A rollover into a drainage ditch near Fairmount, North Dakota injured three at around 9:45 PM last night.

According to the report, all three occupants of the vehicle were unrestrained when the vehicle rolled off the roadway into a drainage ditch on Township Road 116. 23 year-old Bailey Fisher-Peterson of Baton Rouge, LA, 32 year-old Nicholas Haney of Fairmount and 35 year-old Jennifer Hust of Jamestown were all injured.

Haney and Fisher-Peterson were transported by ambulance to St. Francis Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries and Hust was airlifted to Sanford Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Both Haney and Hust were identified as the possible driver and were both arrested for DUI. The investigation is on-going by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
