N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The City of Jamestown has announced the beginning of seal coating work on roadway’s in the community.

Crews began seal coating the asphalt roadways Tuesday and will continue to work until September 20th. Areas include South of 5th Street Northwest from 2nd Avenue Northwest and Southwest West to the city limits. Other areas are West Business Loop and East of Highway 281 between 15th and 20th Street Southwest.

These areas will be Klaus Park, residential streets and alleys in the district and city owned parking lots. No parking signs will be posted in designated areas. Use extreme caution when entering road construction areas and use alternative routes if possible.
