N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Mrs. North Dakota 2014 Eliza Potratz will be leaving for Tucson, Arizona to participate in the Mrs. America pageant this month.

The pageant will be taking place August 23rd through August 29th. A send-off party is being planned for Friday, August 15th at the Gladstone Inn to give people a chance to wish her well and show your support. Preliminaries are scheduled for August 27th and the finals will be August 29th.

The event will be streamed online at www.mrsamerica.com. A face photo contest is going on now at the same website and you can vote for Mrs. Potratz. If she were to win that contest, she could automatically be moved right into the top 12 in the Finals.
