N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – On June 20th, 2013, five people were arrested after authorities searched a home in Wimbledon.

21 year old Cody James Deese was arrested among the four others during the search. Barnes County Deputies searched the home and found stolen property and controlled substances. The Stutsman County Sheriff’s office, Barnes/Stutsman County Task Force and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation assisted in the arrests.

A preliminary hearing will take place today against Deese. He will be facing five charges of criminal conspiracy, Forgery or Counterfeiting and four charges of theft of property.

The charges Deese will face include six Misdemeanor A’s, two Misdemeanor B’s and two Felony C’s.
