N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Bureau of Reclamation has named David Rosenkrance as the new manager for the Dakotas Area Office.

The office has oversight responsibility for water projects and 9 dams in North Dakota, South Dakota and parts of Wyoming. Rosenkrance has worked for the Bureau of Land Management for 23 years, holding a number of positions including Associate District Manager for BLM’s Northwest District in Colorado.

Rosenkrance will take the new position on June 15th, succeeding Richard Long who retires this month. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and is a registered mechanical engineer.
