N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A preliminary hearing involving a Hazen man that robbed a woman and fled from police in May has tagged him with 14 felonies.

37 year old Darrell Boggs was charged after he threatened a Jamestown woman, robbing her and fleeing. Boggs has been charged with over 19 different charges, with 14 felonies including Criminal Conspiracy, Robbery, Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance, Theft of Property and Fleeing to Elude a Police Officer. Boggs is still being held in the Stutsman County Correctional Center on a $250,000 bond.

Boggs was also accompanied by a 17 year old juvenile.
