CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Funeral services for Daniel C. Buehner, a Valley City State University business student and baseball player, will be held later this week in Lino Lakes, Minnesota.

Visitation will be held 4pm to 8pm, Thursday, May 1 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home, Lino Lakes Chapel, 7050 Lake Drive (at corner of County Road B), Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, May 2 at St. Joseph of the Lakes Catholic Church, 171 Elm St., Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014.

Buehner died following a boating accident on a rubber raft in Valley City on April 21. His body was found in the Sheyenne River April 22 by the Valley City and Barnes County Fire & Rescue squad members.
