N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A woman is in custody after a vehicle was reported stolen from the Fingal area Sunday night about 8:20pm.

Barnes County Sheriff Randy McClaflin says the vehicle was located a short time later in the cemetery north of Fingal. He says deputies arrested a 26 -year old female at the cemetery about 9pm Sunday night.

McClaflin says a number of charges are pending against the woman stemming from this incident near Fingal.
