Klosterman Spring Classic Results

N.D (NewsDakota.com) The University of Jamestown hosted the Klostermand Spring Classic on Monday and Tuesday afternoon at the Jamestown Country Club.

On the men’s side, the host team carried themselves well shooting a team score of 618 through the two rounds. Leading the way at the tee for the Jimmies was Michael Strain who earned a third place finish with a 151. Jamestown’s Chris Rochon would capture fifth place just one stroke behind his teammate.

Valley City State had a rough couple of days finishing in eighth of nine teams. The top placer for the Vikings was Ben Sorenson who took 15^th with a score of 157.

Rocky Mountain had the top team score with a 602. The Bears were led by Daniel Thompsett who tallied the tournament’s lowest score with a 144. Rocky Mountain also won the women’s division with a 630 over the two days.
