CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Valley City Developer George Gaukler gave a presentation about a multi-family housing development that will soon be under construction in Valley City.

Gaukler explained the benefits of the affordable housing project to the Valley City school board last night.

The Valley City school board unanimously approved of the plan during their regular meeting on April 14.

The 42-plex will be built near the intersection of 9th avenue northwest and 12th street northwest in Valley City.
