FORKS, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A pharmacist who once worked in Valley City faces a number of felony charges for allegedly attempting to sell prescription drugs.

According to the Grand Forks County State’s Attorney, the alleged felony activity occurred in Grand Forks County and not in Valley City while the man was employed at Valley Drug.

The former pharmacist is scheduled to make a court appearance on April 28 in the Northeast Central District Court in Grand Forks.
