N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – With all the snow hitting the area, you would think that Christmas was right around the corner.
The National Weather Service in Bismarck has been reporting snowfall totals from all over the state of North Dakota. The blizzard that hit earlier this week brought a total of about 11 inches to the area and with the snow came a drop in temperatures. According to the weather service, temperature averages for March have been around 23.8 degrees in Jamestown. More snow is expected throughout today, with 3 inches of fresh snow already on the ground.
Looking forward though, there’s expected dry and very mild weather throughout. Highs in Jamestown and the surrounding area are expected to reach 43 degrees on Saturday and 46 degrees on Sunday and Monday.
