CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Valley City Hi-Liner girls will take on the number one seed in the west, Bismarck High at the state tournament in Minot on Thursday.

The Valley City Area Chamber of Commerce is encouraging everyone to decorate their store front windows Wednesday with Hi-Liner Blue & White to cheer on the girls as the bus drives down Central avenue just before noon for a community send off in Valley City.

Matt Douglass will have the call on KOVC 1490 as the Hi-Liners take on Bismarck High with a 1pm tip-off Thursday.
