CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The 2014 Outstanding Agribusiness Honoree is David Shea who is the Barnes County Farm Service Agency executive director. Shea grew up in Hazelton, North Dakota and graduated from Emmons Central High School. He attended NDSU and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Shea and his wife Nancy have two daughters, Stephanie and Allison. Nancy is the office manager for Concept Dentistry.

Shea received the recognition honor during the annual Winter Ag Social on February 21 in Valley City at the Eagles Club.
