N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Miss Dakota Country 2014 will be at the Carrington City Library today to read to TEAM, an after school program.

Bailey Schumann, who is the current Miss Dakota Country, has always been a library patron. When she was younger, she would donate books to the library when she was done with them.
