N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Colonel James Prochniak recently announced the promotion and reassignment of Sergeant David M. Wolf to the rank of lieutenant and assigned to serve as regional commander in Grand Forks. Lt. Wolf began his career with the patrol in 1997 by attending the Highway Patrol academy.

Upon graduation, he was stationed as a trooper in Hettinger and Fargo. Wolf was promoted to sergeant in 2007 and served in Fargo until his current promotion and reassignment. Lt. Wolf graduated from the University of North Dakota with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.

Prochniak also announces the promotion of Trooper Luke P. Hendrickson to the rank of sergeant. He will remain stationed in Fargo. Sgt. Hendrickson began his career with the patrol in 2003 by attending the Highway Patrol academy.

Upon graduation, he was stationed as a trooper in Devils Lake and Fargo where he served until his current promotion and reassignment. Sgt. Hendrickson graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology.
