N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – OSHA will be investigating after a worker suffered a broken leg in a trench collapse in Mapleton, North Dakota yesterday afternoon.

Adam Loy was working in a 17-foot trench when part of the clay wall broke loose and pinned him at the bottom. Other workers were able to dig him out before authorities arrived.
