N.D. (AP) – Donene Feist says Nike’s trademark slogan is helping in the effort to help people get health insurance through the Affordable Care Act. Feist says she’s encouraging people to “Just do it.”‘

The Edgeley resident is among North Dakota’s 17 so-called navigators whose job is to find uninsured residents and inform them of their options under the new law championed by President Barack Obama. The certified guides are meeting with people and encouraging them to enroll in the new government-run online marketplaces.

Feist says there are many people interested in signing up for health insurance and some are “ecstatic” to have it. But she says a lot of people are confused by the new law and are looking for answers.
