N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown Fire Department Chief Jim Ruether has released the run report for the week of 13th through the 27th. Below is a full list of all runs that the Department has received and responded too.

September 16th, 6:35AM, ready squad responded to 317 5th Ave NE, Single Family Dwelling, to analyze for carbon monoxide. Firefighters tested for carbon monoxide, none was detected. Cause-faulty detector. Time out 35 minutes.

September 16th, 7:52AM, fire department responded to 303 3rd St SE, Single Family Dwelling, to a report of a large amount of smoke. Firefighters investigated the area. Cause-open burn pit. No firefighter injuries. Time out 20 minutes.

September 18th, 4:47PM, fire department responded to 120 1st St East, Alley, to a report of a vehicle on fire. Fire was out upon arrival of fire units. Cause-smoking materials. No firefighter injuries. Time out 35 minutes.

September 18th, 8:23PM, ready squad responded to 419 5th St NE, Legacy Center, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-unknown. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 50 minutes.

September 18th, 10:34PM, ready squad responded to 1025 5th Ave SW, Single Family Dwelling, to analyze for carbon monoxide. Firefighters tested for carbon monoxide, 22ppm was detected. Cause-gas range. Time out 40 minutes.

September 19th, 12:08PM, ready squad responded to 2511 Circle Drive, NDSH-16 West Building, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-maintenance working on the plumbing. Fire alarm was reset. Time out 20 minutes.

September 19th, 2:23PM, ready squad responded to 1215 8th Ave NE, Multi family Dwelling, to investigate fire alarm activation. Firefighters checked for smoke/fire none was detected. Cause-accidental alarm activation.

September 21st, 2:53PM, fire department responded to 402 2nd Ave NW, Multi Family, to a report of a kitchen fire. Fire was out upon arrival of fire units, firefighters extracted smoke and investigated. Cause-cooking. No firefighter injuries. Time out 30 minutes.
