N.D. (Associated Press) – Managers at Dakota Growers Pasta in Carrington say they don’t expect many changes under the company’s pending new ownership.

Cereal maker Post Holdings announced this week that it’s buying Dakota Growers from Viterra Incorporated for $370 million.

Dakota Growers vice president and general manager Ed Irion says the pasta maker will keep all of its employees.
