CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Authorities say 30-year-old Tim Tucker of Valley City man faces charges of Gross Sexual Imposition stemming from an incident earlier this month involving a female under the age of 15.

According to the Barnes County State’s attorney’s office the incident remains under investigation.
