CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Dry weather has helped a construction crew working to install a box culvert underneath the road on 12th avenue southeast in Valley City.

KLJ project manager and spokesman Chad Petersen says the work is tentatively set to be completed by September 6th. Petersen says Gladen Construction of LaPorte, Minnesota is the contractor for the project.
