CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Sanford Clinic and Mercy Hospital in Valley City have reached an agreement concerning the clinic physicians hospital privileges.

Officials with Sanford clinic and Mercy Hospital wanted to inform the public and patients of both facilities that an agreement was reached and that patients should not notice any changes in the care they receive now or in the future.

Earlier this month four Sanford Clinic physicians were going to resign their hospital privileges on August first. Right now that will not be necessary due to the new agreement reached on July 18. More details of the agreement will be released later.
