DAKOTA (NewsDakota.com) – With a trade delegation expected back from Norway later this week, officials with the North Dakota Trade Office say they are directing their attention to some “reverse” trade missions for this summer.

Trade Office Executive Director, Dean Gorder says a delegation from China is scheduled to visit the state in July. He says the formal registration process has started for international companies looking to attend the Big Iron farm show in September.

Gorder says the showcase event has been a highlight for the upper Midwest over the years, and it is now becoming a draw for international visitors.

Gorder says they are hoping to see just over 100 foreign visitors from 20-to-25 countries attend this year’s Big Iron event.
