A memorial graveside service for Gurdon F. Smith, 89, San Antonio, TX, will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Fairview Cemetery, Sanborn. He died on January 18, 2013 and will be buried with military honors next to his wife, Mary Ann Miller Smith. She was a former resident of Sanborn. They lived in Germany for several years where he was a high school principal with the US Army Dependent Schools.
