Priscilla Rudolf, 78, Wishek, North Dakota died Friday April 12, 2013 at the Wishek Community Hospital in Wishek, ND.

     Priscilla Eloise Backhaus was born January 18, 1935 at Wishek, ND, the daughter of William and Emma (Dockter) Backhaus. She attended schools in Wishek and Danzig, ND.

     Priscilla and Helmuth Rudolf were married May 5, 1957 at Wishek, ND. They made their home in Wishek where she worked at Wishek Community Hospital, Ashley Nursing Home and the Wishek Retirement Home. She also did other various jobs as house cleaning, painting, wall papering, cook and worked as a bartender. Following the death of her husband April 25, 2005 she has continued to reside in Wishek. She entered the Wishek Living Center in 2012.

     She was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Wishek, ND. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting and redoing lawn chairs. She is survived by 1 daughter Rhonda Fouch, Federal Way, WA: 4 grandchildren, Kyli, Heather (Michael) Metcalf, Alisha, Wyatt, and 1 great grandchild, Theodore James; 4 sisters, Erma, Loretta, Zelma and Celia.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers and 1 sister, Clifton, Raymond and Florence.

     There will be a graveside service at a later date in St. Luke Lutheran Cemetery in Wishek, ND.
