Donald A. VenHuizen, 82, Valley City, ND died at the Sheyenne Care Center on March 10, 2013. At his request, no service will be held at this time.

     Donald Alan VenHuizen was born on December 30, 1930 in Wimbledon, ND, the son of Arthur and Grace (Bultema) VenHuizen.

     Following his education, he farmed and delivered fuel for Laffen Oil Co. of Wimbledon.

     Don is survived by his wife, Norma of Valley City; 4 step-sons, Terry (Linda) Fuglestad of Jacksonville, TX, Ervis Fuglestad of Jacksonville, TX, Brian Fuglestad of Wichita, KS, and Todd Fuglestad of Rogers, ND; a sister, Shirley Johnson of Valley City; and many nieces and nephews.

     He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Ray, George, and Jim; and sister, Ruthie.
