
JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A 38-year-old Jamestown man suffered serious injuries after the vehicle he was driving collided with a semi-truck on Friday, February 21 at approximately 5:53 PM.
The Highway Patrol said a two-vehicle crash occurred in Lamoure County at the intersection of Highway 281 and County Road 35. A Ford Bronco traveling eastbound failed to stop at a stop sign, resulting in a T-bone collision with a northbound Peterbilt semi-truck in the northbound lane of Highway 281. The driver of the Bronco, a 38-year-old male from Jamestown, sustained serious injuries in the crash.
The driver of the Peterbilt semi-truck, a 47-year-old man from Jamestown, ND, was not injured in the crash.
This crash remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol other agencies assisting the Highway Patrol included the Lamoure County Sheriff’s office, Jamestown Ambulance, and the local Fire Department.
