JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown City Council recently resolved to approve the construction options relating to the NDDOT Urban Re-construction Project at one of their major intersections at 1st Ave S & 10th Street.
The former “Hardees” intersection is a major thoroughfare funneling arguably the highest number of vehicles in the city. The City decided to approve option 4 as presented by the ND Dept of Transportation, changing the intersection to a roundabout.
Also included in the plans will be a major reconstruction of the west business loop past the former Dairy Queen location. The city council chose option B for this portion of the project.
