VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota..com) – The Sheyenne Valley Memory Café is pleased to invite community members to its upcoming gathering on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at Faith Lutheran Church, 309 4th Street NE, Valley City, ND. Doors open at 1:00 PM, with a program beginning at 1:30 PM.

This month’s program, “Questions to Ask Your Doctor,” will be led by Dr. Misty Anderson, who will share practical advice on navigating conversations about memory loss with healthcare providers.

“I’m excited to help individuals and families feel more confident during their doctor visits,” says Dr. Anderson. “We’ll discuss the most common questions to ask and how to advocate for the care you need.”

The Memory Café is a free and supportive space for individuals with memory loss and their care partners to connect, enjoy social activities, and learn practical tips.
