VALLEY CITY, ND  (NewsDakota.com)  The Hi-Liner wrestling teams, both girls and boys, finished fourth at the H-Liner Holiday Tournament this past weekend.

Valley City had a lone champion in the boys division.  Koltyn Grebel ran his record to 17-0 with four wins, three by fall, at 139 pounds.  He scored a major decision in the final with an 11-3 win over Jacob Luebke of Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton.

Ryer Muske was a finalist at 189 pounds, winning two matches by fall and another by technical fall, before a loss to Casey Macziewski in the final.

Chase Coghlan was fifth at 121 pounds, and Dylan Hunt was fifth at heavyweight.  Jayden Suhr finished seventh at 145, and Tyson Klabo finished seventh at 160.

West Fargo Sheyenne won the team championship, with D-G-F second and Bismarck third.

In the girls division, Valley City had one champion and three finalists.  Gabriella Hannig claimed the 118-pound title, moving her individual record to 15-2.  Deegen Kirschenmann was the runner-up at 130, and Mylee Christiansen was a runner-up at 142.

Camdyn Kappenmann was third for the Hi-Liners at 100 pounds, Hailey Ford was third at 130, and Katherine Russell was third at 148.  Bethani Schuldheisz was fifth at 124, and Valeria Acosta was seventh at 136.
