The Jamestown Knights of Columbus Council #1883 is hosting a Thanksgiving Food Drive on the weekend of Nov. 22-24. They are going to match up to $10,000 in donations! You can bring your monetary or non-perishable food donation to St. James Basilica on Friday, Nov. 22 from 3-6 pm and Saturday, Nov. 23 from 9 am-2 pm. The food drive will conclude on Sunday, Nov. 24 at Club 1883 with a chili cook-off and bingo event. The cook-off will be from 11:30 am-12:30 pm and is a free will offering for all those who want to taste the various chili entries. Bingo will go from about 12:30 pm-2:30 pm. There will be 10 rounds of bingo where you will be playing for $50 gift cards to Hugos, Cashwise, or Club 1883, followed by a final 50/50 game of blackout bingo. There will also be secondary prizes as well as a 50/50 raffle. The St. James Basilica Youth Group will be providing concessions at the event as well.
