SIOUX CITY, IA – Jordan Bickel scored the only goal of the match in the 44th minute Saturday as Morningside edged University of Jamestown 1-0 at Elwood Olsen Stadium in the Jimmies’ final match of the season.

Jamestown (3-9-3) had first-half chances.  A Ben Brake header in the 20th minute was saved by Mustang goalkeeper Timon Koerber.  Joel Hyland hit the crossbar in the 40th minute and Frankie Parkinson had a shot blocked in the 43rd minute.

Jake Simson’s attempt to even the match was stopped by Koerber in the 81st minute.

Morningside had 13-10 shots to UJ’s 10.  Shots on goal were 5-2 for Morningside.

Charlie Clark had four saves for Jamestown.
