OMAHA, NE – Bre Oettle scored in the 50th minute Thursday as University of Jamestown Women’s Soccer earned its second win in three matches, defeating College of St. Mary 1-0 at the CSM Complex.
Gaby Sarkis set up the winning goal.
Allyson Johnson made eight saves in net for Jamestown (6-7-0). The Jimmies had a 13-9 shot advantage over the Flames. Each side had eight shots on goal.
The Blue Jays will stay in the Omaha area to meet Bellevue on Saturday.
