The Loboes now have company.

LaMoure-Litchville-Marion, a sole number one for six straight weeks, is tied for the top spot with New Rockford/Sheyenne/Maddock in the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters & Sportswriters Association Class B Football Poll, released Wednesday.

LLM won Friday to improve to 7-0, but had to withstand a stout challenge from Wyndmere-Lidgerwood.  The Loboes defeated the Warbirds 68-42.

New Rockford/Sheyenne/Maddock is also 7-0 after a 69-6 win at North Star.  The Rockets have outscored their opponents by an average of over 56 points a game.

Ellendale/Edgeley/Kulm enters the Class A poll for the first time this season at number five.  A 36-22 home win over Lisbon last Friday improved the Thunder to 6-1.  Kindred remains number one, as it has been in every poll this season.  Carrington, after shocking Langdon Area/Edmore/Munich on the road, received votes.
