MINOT – Jamestown took a loss that was double tough on Tuesday.

Blue Jay Volleyball rallied from two sets down to force a fifth set, but lost to Minot North in five at MAYSA Arena, 25-11, 25-13, 11-25, 16-25, 15-11.

Since this was the only scheduled match in the regular season between the teams, it was a so-called “two-point counter,” meaning that this counts for two conference losses for the Blue Jays and makes them 3-5 in the WDA and 8-6 overall.

Jamestown will next play on Thursday, October 3 against Turtle Mountain at Jerry Meyer Arena.
