JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – James River Valley Library System will be hosting a program entitled “Public Libraries and People of Faith” on Thursday, September 26, at 6:30 pm. Meeting location will be Alfred Dickey Library, 105 3rd St SE, Jamestown. This event is for ages 18 plus.

This program is open to all faiths and those who do not practice. Library Director Joe Rector will lead a discussion about faith-friendly materials at the library, maintaining age-appropriate collections, preserving freedom of speech, and becoming better together. James River Valley Library System is located in Jamestown, ND, and consists of Alfred Dickey Library, Stutsman County Library, and the bookmobile. JRVLS serves all of Stutsman County by providing access to free library programs and materials.
