JAMESTOWN – It was another tough test for Jamestown Blue Jay Volleyball and it turned out to be another tough match.

Century overwhelmed the Blue Jays Tuesday in three straight sets, 25-20, 25-18, 25-16 at Jerry Meyer Arena.

Atrianna Backman was solid for Century (9-2, 5-0 WDA) with 12 kills, 10 digs and two aces.  Sylvia Taylor notched nine kills, Addison Klemin had eight and Madison Wolf scored seven kills with two and a half blocks.  Abby Fosland had 20 set assists.

Leah Trumbauer led Jamestown (7-4, 2-3) with 10 kills.  Lucy Falk had nine.  Edie Hegerle had 20 assists and 13 digs, along with three aces.

Jamestown will have the first of three consecutive road matches Thursday against Turtle Mountain in Belcourt.
