JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The City of Jamestown is currently accepting applications for several open positions on its Fire Code Board of Appeals and Planning Commission.

There is one unexpired position available on the Fire Code Board of Appeals for a three-year term ending in November 2026, as well as two full-term positions on the board, each serving a three-year term ending in November 2027. Additionally, one unexpired position is open on the Planning Commission, which carries a five-year term expiring in August 2029.

Residents interested in serving on any of these boards or commissions are encouraged to complete an “Application for Appointment.” Applications are available in person at City Hall, located at 102 3rd Ave SE, by calling 701-252-5900, or online at jamestownnd.org under the government tab.

Applications must be submitted by October 16, 2024.
