JAMESTOWN – University of Jamestown Men’s Golf teams finished second and fourth at the UJ Invitational, which concluded Monday at Jamestown Country Club.
The UJ 1 team finished at +38 for second. Max Noffsinger won the individual title at 145 (73-72). Gehrig Geiss tied for third at 151 (73-78), Aidan Hall was 12th at 158 (80-76), Bodie Williams placed 18th with 162 (82-80) and Aiden McLain tied for 39th with 177 (86-91).
Fourth place went to the UJ 2 team, who was paced by Logan Douglas at 154 (75-79), tying for ninth. Cole Campbell was 15th with 159 (79-80). Easton Romsdal (88-76) and Logan Schons (82-82) both shot 164 and tied for 19th. Oscar Holmen shot 174 (90-84) and tied for 35th.
Sam Boser also competed individually and also shot 174 (89-85).
On Sunday and Monday, the Jimmies will compete in the NSAA Championship at CrossRoads Golf Course in Carrington.
