The award is the highest honor given to JRMC employees, celebrating those who go above and beyond in making a difference in the lives of patients and coworkers.
Guthmiller, a Nutrition Technologist in JRMC’s Nutrition Services department, was nominated for the award by her manager, Emily Allen. A media release states that Allen praised Guthmiller for her exceptional work ethic, professionalism, and kindness. “Linda is phenomenal at what she does,” Allen noted. “She takes great pride in her work and is a person everyone loves to work with.”
Having dedicated 44 years to JRMC, Guthmiller has become a cornerstone in her department, ensuring that patients receive meals tailored to their specific dietary needs. Her expertise in dietary planning supports JRMC’s mission to provide top-tier medical care, and her calm, knowledgeable approach to her work has earned the admiration of her colleagues.
