Barnes County 17s (Old #1) will be closed from the intersection of 38^th St SE & 114^th Ave SE to the intersection of  39^th St SE & ND#1 for a culvert replacement.  This closure is expected to last all day and has a tentative re-opening scheduled for 5:30 p.m.  No detour will be provided.  Motorists are to seek alternate routes.
