CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Work on the Sheyenne riverbank stabilization project along “Main Street” in Valley City is on pace to be completed late next week according to KLJ engineer Chad Petersen.

The contractor is installing steel sheeting to repair river bank erosion along the Sheyenne River near a small section of “Main Street” west of the Rosebud Visitor’s Center in Valley City that section of main street has been closed for nearly a month.
