FARGO, N.D. (NDHP) – A Fargo man died Sunday, June 30th from injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash in West Fargo on Wednesday, June 26th.

Highway Patrol Captain Bryan Niewind said the 2016 Indian Motorcycle, driven by 33-year-old Douglas Neve, was southbound in the 3400 block of Sheyenne Street South in West Fargo traveling in lane one. The motorcycle struck and drove over the median curb, entering the grassy median. The motorcycle then sideswiped a light pole in the median, which caused the motorcycle to overturn onto its side. Neve was thrown from the bike and sustained life-threatening injuries. The motorcycle and Neve both came to rest in lane two of southbound Sheyenne Street.

Neve was transported via ambulance to Sanford Hospital on June 26th. On June 30th, Neve died from the injuries he sustained in the crash while in Sanford Hospital.
