BISMARCK, N.D. – New Economic Frontier is thrilled to announce significant progress in our signature drive for the initiated measure to legalize cannabis in North Dakota. With 15,179 signatures collected so far, we are nearing our goal of 15,582 required signatures. To ensure a smooth submission with an ample buffer of valid signatures, we will continue collecting signatures. We are confident that with the continued support of our community, we will gather the additional signatures needed to exceed our target and make it onto the November ballot.

This measure aims to foster economic growth and innovation in our state through the legalization of adult-use cannabis. The overwhelming support we have received so far is a testament to the community’s shared vision for a prosperous future. As we approach the final stretch, we are organizing a special drive-through event to gather the remaining signatures and ensure our petition reaches the required number. They’ll be gathering signatures at Tochi Product in Fargo, Saturday, June 22nd from 12pm to 7pm. And in Bismarck at Tyre Mart from 12pm to 7pm on Saturday, June 22nd.
